JANUARY

General events and activities: Treasurer: TAX PREPARATIONS - Complete previous year’s financials to submit to tax CPA and to internal auditing CPA.

Communications Committee: Send out Sponsor “Thank you” letters with Save the Date flier for dinner.

Budget Committee: Finalize Annual Budget. Present to Board in January or, at the latest, February Board Meeting.

Rummage Sale Committee: Secure dates at Hocking County Fair Grounds. Initiate and schedule committee meetings.

Sponsorship Dinner Committee: Secure dates at venue and with chef. Create “Save the Date” flier.

Nominating Committee: Notify Board Members whose terms expire this year and Election Year for Officers.

DR Staff: Prayer Focus begins in Feb. Meetings every other Sunday night at 8 pm Dominican time.

Jan 12 @ 7 pm Eastern Executive Committee meeting

Jan 14 @ 7 pm Eastern Board of Directors Meeting. Vote on Budget if it is ready.

FEBRUARY

Treasurer: Report progress for Tax filing and internal audit.

Budget Committee: Finalize Annual Budget and present to Board if not ready in January.

Rummage Sale Committee: Report committee meeting schedule.

Fundraising Committee: Confirm date for “The Gathering”. Provide assistance to Michael as needed for Wild Game Dinner.

Communication Committee: Publicize Wild Game Dinner and Rummage Sale dates and info.

DR Staff: Prayer Focus: TBA Meetings every other Sunday night at 8 pm Dominican time.

Feb 9 @ 7 pm Eastern Executive Committee Meeting
